The challenge was to revise the digital strategy and UX/UI design of the website as part of the go-to-market strategy and to test the product's relevance to the market. The team initially gave us strong support in revising our website and communication structure based on an evaluation of analytics data, following which our website became much better utilized by our clients. We then began to manage our ongoing advertising campaigns and collaborate on strategy. A holistic approach to our digital strategy (taking into account web design, online marketing, product UX, pricing and technical aspects) was very helpful.
